It looks nice in B&W. I've been back there a few days ago, with a new model, you can check out my flickr stream. I also met the owner who is intent on renovations in the next few months. So all the wonderful graffiti will be gone. 
Best just doing what interestes your one of the lucky few with a government position, no money in anything these days, so there should be an exponential growth in new places like this to explore...
